Two things usually go wrong with lake storage.
The first is water. A covered spot that pools, drains badly, or sits under a roof with gaps isn’t really covered—and you find out the hard way in the spring when you pull the cover off. Ours are roofed and drained properly so the boat comes out the way it went in.

What's the difference between covered and open spaces?
Covered spots sit under a roof and keep sun and rain off. Open spots are gated, graded parking at a lower price. Both are month-to-month.
Am I locked into a contract?
No, all our spaces are month-to-month. Store your boat or RV for the season or store it for years. It’s your call.
Security deposit is 30% of the monthly rent, fully refundable at move-out. Admin fee is $25. Lock is $15.
How do I know what size I need?
Measure the whole rig (from tongue to motor, or bumper to bumper) and compare it to the lengths above. If the measurements are close, round up to make sure it fits.
How fast can I move in?
